The nice topic although fairly basic, but I like that you kept it short and to the point - I just don't know if it will be something I will use... I am not sure how much I learnt from this either but I recognise it is something that unless you do it you will not benefit from it.
As someone who has never received any training in this area, I found it quite interesting. It appealed as it can have positive impacts in all areas of your life, not just work related improvement.
