Very informative and educational.
With project management, you need to have a specific goal, well organised, work well under pressure, good motivator, use skills to put right people in place, deliver quality by using scope, time and cost. Action your goal, keep an eye on progress and make sure its all according to plan.
Good basic introduction and pace
This session introduced project management, providing a definition of project management and basic elements to consider. There are a good range of links to further information and websites.
