Project Management essentials clearly presented in 15 minutes with examples you can relate to.
A useful overview of project management is delivered in an encouraging way. A taster to help identify the skills needed. This won't make you a project manager but gives a roadmap on how to succeed. Useful in many ways if only because it encourages individuals to be positive and have a go.
It was interesting to listen to and to improve, use less on big words not many people really understand on what being said.
Little interaction, unlike other sessions and focus on function of roles potentially too heavy.
Relevant to my future, hopefully. Good information and easily understood.
