Questions gave good explanatory I like multiple choice & it was good there wasn't to much talking just enough to help you understand the course
Just after completing the training I was able to help a disabled lady who had fallen down - without putting myself at risk and limiting her risk.

Overall a good aid, but some of the commentary did not match the section and previous commentary was repeated. Good information regarding equipement though. Also the questions at end of section seemed somewhat random bearing little relationship to subject matter.
