The course has provided useful information on moving and handling going forward in the work environment. It was also very informative on the back and spine and how injuries are sustained and can be prevented.

I have more knowledge not only on the safe handling and moving of service users but also how to maintain good health myself having learnt how to stand and manoeuvre safely

I was happy with the course.

The course was well presented and easy to follow, however I do personally feel that physical training is preferable, to have a practice and to be shown if not following the procedure correctly.

Very helpful but I think you do need some face to face talk and also practice using the hoist and diffrent slings. I think you need practice using the slide sheets.
