was good to refresh on the training as there was a few new things that have been added since I did it last yeaR

Tedious going through so many short vide

48 videos? Each time I had to click on 'next' to select the video, and then click on the start button on the far corner to play it .... only to have to do it again 30 seconds later! I found the whole course tedious, not least because the majority of it was irrelevant to my job role (not your fault), but even had it been relevant I would still have struggled to keep my attention level up. At one stage it reminded me of the Month Python Fruit Self Defence sketch - look it up on YouTube if you are not familiar with it. I am sure you worked well within your brief and the course did come across as professional and well made, but it really was hard going!

Very good

good pace

more detail could be given around placing slide sheets and hoists under citizens as its not clear how they should be rolled. Also a little detail around the colours on the hoist straps, what they mean. Lastly on one of the hoist slides, it says to put the brakes on. This was not verbally communicated in the slide, and uncertainty as to whether brakes are on or not at other times.

Very good

I found it easy to navigate and the content was interesting and thought provoking. The test was also pretty simple. I think it is excellent. (I never give 5 stars)
