I learnt some more new stuff which was brilliant I did not know about slide boards never heard of them so it was nice that they showed you what they are and how to use them.
A very useful and important training. I feel that I have refreshed my Knowledge on up-to-date Knowledge of Manual handling.
The Moving and Handling training was well presented, again a good update for the staff and people we are supporting. A good source of information for the back and spine movement. Thanks
