The course was detailed and informative with a range of brief overviews on some different mental health disorders that can affect people. A way it could be improved is if it was more tailored to education. It says "Mental Health in Education", but could be made more beneficial if it outlined some more strategies and techniques that could be used in an education setting.
I think it may help to not only tell people to talk to others but how to do that. it sounds so simple but ca be challenging - give them tips about how to broach the subject.

broke the subject matter up into easy to understand bitesize portions. The use of animation and graphics to explain sensitive issues was effective.
Good introduction to mental health awareness. The mental health and well being guide is very useful.
It really made me think about how I could, and maybe should approach a work life balance. It also helped me to think of ways I could assist my co workers to make the best of their work life balance. I liked the breathing techniques explained and have decided that it would work for me too.
It was quite thorough and informative, with good resources. Only thing for me personally is that the way they literally pictured these illnesses and feelings can make someone with mental health problem feel more down. More positive imaging would be beneficial. But altogether a good way to raise awareness.
