It’s really useful for me to improve my self esteem and confidence. Now I am feeling myself more confident to used these mental health tools to improve my work duties and due to this course I have learned great information how to get better mental health wellbeing. Thanks
Some important points to keep in mind. Lots done to ensure that mental health is something that should be spoken about openly. Plenty to help people understand the different ways that they can be affected by thoughts, emotions and behaviour.

I signed up to this course as it was titled Mental Health in Education but don't feel that it was relevant to this at all and should more aptly be titled 'Mental Health Education' as it was teaching how to look after my own mental health and signs to look out for.
