Found this to be counter-productive gave more explanations for possible illnesses than I knew existed. Outcome overall from my perspective was talking to people, putting the kettle on, belly breaths and a WAP.
Not a great course but helped my wellbeing by sending me almost to sleep.
A lot of repetition with key points being lost amongst all the explanations. Much of the information is common-sense.
I have completed the course last year and I have been told to retake it but it doesn't feel like a benefit. I haven't learnt anything new and nothing was updated.
Good useful and informative content - however, I can read much faster than the videos were playing. Please allow videos to be sped up. skipped etc - I would prefer to read the transcript than watch a 5 minute video and would make the whole experience more efficient. Thanks
Really good but could be alot longer and in depth on mental health issues (reason why I've rated a 3)and less starting and stopping, playing a whole section would be better than snippets
Although I agree with the course and it's help it can give to someone in that position ,although a bit patronising in parts for someone suffering in that way, the test at the end I dont, having been through depression and anxiety caused by medication in the past surely having to pass a test at the end could make in the situation even worse
Course is OK as an introduction into the Mental Health subject.
