Good course that explains all areas well
A thought provoking course that made me think of areas that I sometimes ignore and over look and just feel I have no choice but carry on and deal with them the best I can which is sometimes to my detriment.

Simple straight forward without waffling

The course was concise, short and very easy to understand, which made taking in the information uncomplicated . The course covered things that I knew, which made me feel confident, as I am interested in mental health awareness, and try to apply some of the wellbeing to myself, and things I didn't know, which helps to build on my knowledge of mental awareness.
