Highlights very well the issues with Mental health, signs & how we deal with them.

Mainly common sense,I would always seek advice from doctor first,managers are always company driven,I doubt if anyone drinks 6 or more glasses of water per day.
I thought this was useful.
I learnt a lot about how to use CBT which we should all do training on even the school children would benefit

Clear raising of awareness of the issue
I enjoyed the training as it allowed time for me to not only think about my mental health but how I.can support that of others.
Excellent base, breaking the stigma.
The delivery was excellent, people and not powerpoint make this a more personal learning experience. The content is great and very well structured. Having gone through many of the issues discussed, I can honestly say the course would help break the stigma to friends and colleagues who may not have experienced some of the issues yet. Thank you.
