Great Course

I really enjoyed completing this course. It has given me more of an insight to Mental Health and how I can support myself and others around me.

Easy to follow and pass, first online course

I found this course really useful.

Although most of us think we know how to manage our mental health, we often don't give it the time and consideration it deserves. This course made me rethink some of my personal approaches towards my own mental well-being.

I enjoyed the course.

Self explanatory. With mental health being a big issue currently it is good to see the whole spectrum and understand it if it was myself or helping someone else cope with it.
