Good introduction to the subject.

I found the course interesting and will serve as a good starting point for people that previously would not have given the subject a lot of thought. It should hopefully encourage people to assess themselves and change the way they behave or seek help.

Tone-Deaf

As someone who has struggled recently with their mental health. Starting the training out with a slide showing how much mental health costs businesses is incredibly tone deaf. Following this up by extolling "The power of positive thinking" as a way of managing mental health is abhorrent. If I was able to simply replace negative thoughts with positive ones then it wouldn't be an illness.

Useful and practical

The human mind is so complex. The dissected reaction and action plan of our well being and management brings to our mind how important to keep our physical and mental well being in proportionate balance. Thank you and Enjoyed being a participant of this course.

Simple course that explains mental healt

The course was easy to understand and gives an overview in each section of the different types of mental health and the triggers and ways to deal with situations.

Interesting and challenging

Interesting course with new subject matter for me. Plenty of room for thought moving forward and hopefully ability to recognise issues in self or others with actions. I will be very supportive in all employees completing this & they should also be asked to review.
