very enjoyable, informative and well presented – excellent presenters BTW…

Good overall

A very good basic lecture, well delivered too. One caveat was that it skirted the issue of mind a little; I feel the presentation possibly gives the impression that positive thoughts are doubtless beneficial in quantities, whereas of course positive thoughts can also naturally disturb a healthy mind.

Interesting

I found the course interesting, but personally I felt it covered a lot of things that i was already aware of such as positive thinking, healthy eating and exercise, but this is something that I have looked into before so it may feel more relevant to someone who had not already done that kind of research.

Informative, covered a wide range

Session was informative and covered a wide range of mental illnesses. I found that this session was good for advising on how to obtain support, I found the downloadable plans and guides interesting and downloaded these. Videos were slick, presenters were easy to understand, results were instant.
