Concise and sensible advice

Good course giving a sound basis in mental health awareness focused on the self rather than just those around you. Easy to follow in short segments so possible to take breaks as needed. Would recommend.

A Brilliant awareness training course

I thought this was just the right length and made a distinction between mental health and stress.

Very interesting training.

Gives you more information on Mental Health for yourself, family and work colleagues. Lots of additional information that is useful and can be downloaded to be used by yourself and with in the work place.

This course as made me more aware of signs of mental health to look out for within my place of work and day to day living.

Brilliant advise

I think this is important training especially with what is happening internationally as well as nationally with a pandemic. I found it helpful but it would benefit someone I came into contact with who might suffered mental health, and I would know what I should or should not do to help them.

Accessible

I thought that this training was really good – had a good tone and comprehensive enough without being too detailed but giving links to other resources. It mad me so and think about my own mental wellbeing and, sadly, how advice given in the course has not been followed locally for me. I also thought that the style of the presenters was very good and empathic.
