A great overview of a sensitive topic.

A well presented informative course, delivered in an open friendly style, making us all aware of our own and others mental health. For too long this has been a taboo subject and it's great that we are becoming more able to discuss our thoughts and feelings without being judged. Lots of helpful tools and additional content made this short course enjoyable and enlightening!
