Good training, not too long but allowing longer to be spent on any areas of particular interest. Clearly explained in a straight-forward manner.

An interesting course

This course/training was very good and quite informative.

Thought provoking

The course was very useful and informative, especially in these times of working from home and social distancing, and I will be putting some of the ideas regarding Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and also the Science of Thinking into practice.

Hi the course was good my internet is very slow it took double the time to watch it so keeping alert and trying to take everything in when you are watching the buffering logo in the middle between the sections is very hypnotic

It is usefull but as below,not complete.

These on line training are.very good,but do not allow colleagues to talk and share experiences and bear practice,which would have been prompted if in a social meeting environment.

Helpful, interesting, useful resources

Thanks – really accessible introduction to mental health awareness – at work and at home. Well set out, and easy to navigate… Some of the resources, though, would be good to be able to download for future use / revision?

short and relevant

The course is broken up into smaller sections that make it interesting and not drawn out. The facility to read the transcript is handy if you miss anything or need to understand a part better. Also the replay function helps to go over something that may not have been grasped the first time round.
