These are all things I'm aware off, having always been prone to negative thought patterns, but it is helpful to see it written down and reinforce what can be done.

I was able to relate to most areas that were discussed as i have friends that are currently experiencing Mental Health issues.
Really informative and well presented
A great informative course covering lots of different aspects regarding mental health. The presenters were both professional yet 'friendly' in their presenting way. There were lots of informative pieces and ideas such as what not and what to eat, info on exercising and the different types of mental health and how much it affects people. Really useful and enjoyable.

Well presented although i required to re
Felt it was a bit ironic when we are talking about subjects such as stress and anxiety to find that you are presented with a test on completion of course content. I feel that this is a valid observation.
Easy to understand
This course was very clearly presented which made it easy to understand and stay focused. There was clear simple language used throughout. The messages regarding what to do in situations could relate to most people and situations we may find ourselves in. Thanks you
