Underpinned existing knowledge on mental health.

Excellent course, quick and informative.

I really enjoyed doing the course, it was really informative and kept things simple. Mental health is extremely important especially during these Covid times when most people are working from home. Reminding people what to look out for and to keep positive thinking and support for colleagues, family and friends at the foremost of our minds is essential. Thank you

Very good refresher

Good to have a refresher on previous training and remind yourself with the signs to look out for especially at the moment.
