Will make me think again when handling heavy objects not just at work but also in my home environment. I think we all follow these rules to certain extent, but it is still good to be reminded
Not as good as doing the real test .
course makes you aware that at times you dont think of what you are doing to your body when not thinking things through properly think first and evaluate all procedures before engaging in lifting heavy objects
I find these courses very frustrating, and for me an ineffective way to learn. Information that could be shared in a fact sheet alongside 10 min overview is drawn out.
