Useful information, but not really helpful in the real world environment or can be used with the items 'our' work delivers. For instance, BMW 5&4 series bonnet, or merc s class steel bonnet etc, can only be handled by extending arms to furthest reach, weight of item is well above single handlers recommended lifting advice, no lifting aids available, might get help from a second person at destination if that is available but never guaranteed at destination (we don't operate a driver and drivers mate employment to help the employee in this situation)
