Presentation of the course is done very well and it keeps you interested. The presenter is very easy to understand and the graphics explain details well.

I would much prefer in-house face-to-face training in a classroom environment, which is proven to be a more effective tool than a bland online power point show. It would also be a more efficient way to monitor progress and provide a real person to answer any questions or talking points which may be pertinent to the operators own experience.
