I certainly wouldnt feel comfortable taking part in any aspect of mental capacity assessment on the basis of this training. As an overview of aspects of Mental Capacity Assessment then it is fine. As usual with all online training then I find it difficult at which level it is set. Lots of the form aspects of the course seemed rushed and confusing.

It is very important that all staff understand what DOLS is about but support workers do not need to know what number and colour of various forms there are and other paperwork applying for a DOLS. That is a management responsibility and support workers should have an easier training unit to explain DOLS
good in parts, too much emphasis on forms off putting
Some of the information contained within the videos seemed to be aimed more at a Social Worker or a professional person rather than a support worker/ carer, and by the time you have watched the final video the first category was forgotten.
Not relevant to my job role as an administrator in a school

Despite having done the course several times and having extensive training in the area at higher level I found the end of course questions poorly designed and confusing
Not enough time is given for each course
