The course is well explained and organised. I particularly like the fact that I can click on any topic that I do not understand. The long time I took to complete was due to my stopping and starting as I am doing the training at work. Thank you
This course was a comprehensive guide to procedure, but the nature of the content meant that it was difficult to retain detail. It would need, for practice, to be supported with referential documents, perhaps flowcharts or other visual guides.
I really don't think this training was necessary, and certainly not in the detail with which it was presented (34 fact-filled slides ; more than any other of the 5 required online training modules we needed to complete.)DoLS applies to people who are lack mental capacity in care homes and hospitals ; not in prisons, approved premises, or any other residences inhabited by our clients. Yes, it's helpful to know what DoLS is - but our involvement would only be at the information-sharing level, not at any assessment/enforcement/admin level, as explained in the slides.
Well thought out presentation. Course is easy to follow. Slightly different this time, as course content explains the different documentation used by different personnel involved.
How to make a subject boring and complicated when it doesn’t need to be. It’s a subject which is important however but could be delivered in a way to make it easier to understand
Is brief and educating
A lot of info in one hit. Video glitches on multiple slides meant I had to watch several times....totally lost interest, very Boeing. Actually made a cup of tea and let Video play out and just guessed answers.

I felt very rushed doing this module. It was delivered quickly with too much information. And the test at the end asked a lot of trick questions, that were confusing.
