The presentation of this course made it very easy to complete. Using visuals, along side text and a very pleasing presenter made it move swiftly along, whilst absorbing the information. The questions were kept very straightforward, with no tricky ones to catch you out but knowing you would be tested, is enough to make you retain the information.
I found this an interesting course and easy to follow

The course was really informative and easy to follow
The training is okay but listening and going through all the modules before the test makes one to forget or not able to retain the information when doing the test. Doing some modules and doing the test in between will help a lot.
I believe a question on washing hands is incorrect, the information online tells different.
The course was not too long to cause people to be distracted / bored with comments due to the bite size segments . the delivery allowed for breaks if needed . test was far too easy !
