It's hard to stay engaged when it's so long, which means you switch off and it becomes less valuable.

I would love to see an option to simply read the material. I struggle with learning from videos, especially when it comes to dull subject matter. Presenting the option to read the material would have allowed me to go through the training quicker, and I'm sure I would have retained the information better. From a pedagogical point of view failing to present this option doesn't seem right to me.

It's unfortunate to have to give such a low rating for nice material, but the delivery format is repetitive, stressful, and disempowering. Watching videos explain things this slowly, and to not be trusted to move more quickly through them, is depressing and stressful.An option to just read all of the content would be terrific, especially for academics, some of us read in detail and quickly, and notably for neurodiverse. There isn't any point running material this slowly with all of the frequent checks, and it would be easier to focus on the actual content if we felt respected and trusted.

This course seems be to aimed at those with almost no common sense whatsoever. Utterly patronising - to add slides to suggest how to deal with visitors to your home is farcical and credits the person taking the course with no initiative of their own.

In a busy working day, finding the time to be told that I should clear up spills in my own home is not something I need to be trained in, but something which I would naturally do to look after my own home, it is my own prerogative. I therefore found elements of this course to be utterly unnecessary and patronising. I appreciate the need for an employer to ensure that all members of staff share the same knowledge as to training, but I think there are more components than not, to this course, which would benefit from review to make it a more effective use of time. I appreciated however, that the course was broken up into manageable chunks.

Boring

I was surprised by this course, as your courses are generally excellent, or at least good. This one was poor. It felt like you'd really scrapped the bottom of the barrel to find enough content to make a complete course on this topic. Most of the material was non-work related and inappropriate in the context, while much of the relevant material had already appeared in your other courses.
