Useful but too long

The use of several different presenters was helpful, together with the short length of each section. Everything was clearly explained but I felt it was a little bit long.

Good, but a tad unbalanced graphically

The people in courses and presenters show ethnic variety but are nearly all aged between 25 & 40, older workers are excluded. There could be a bit more helpful detail in the course menu, eg. '1. Lawful fair and transparent' could be extended, eg. - Create/uphold set of individual rights', to reinforce the learning. There's a lot to remember, so more visual prompts that are up for a longer time, would help. A bit more interactivity would make it less dry, e.g. getting people to move the bones to the right position for posture might help the learner remember which is supposed to be higher.

Useful content applicable to homeworking

- I liked the fact that the content non-judgmentally acknowledged that people can walk bare feet or do laundry whilst working from home - I didn't like the fact that I could not speed up the videos, they seemed slow and dragging for me (pace of speech) - I liked that isolation was mentioned and it was suggested to connect essentially with anyone if in need - I feel mental health could have been explored a bit deeper with signs of depression, anxiety such as inability to sleep and obsessive thoughts about work, inability to switch off, perfectionism and taking longer to complete tasks, body image issues triggered by camera contact etc. - nice, that there was a 'mandate' to move however, I don't think it is justified and normalised enough - such as with a line 'normally in the office you would move around to see and talk to your colleague, have a coffee, go to fill up your water bottle, go to the toilet, go get some fresh air, lunch etc; whilst at home alone we forget to blink (leading to eye issues) - not to mention movement, and it is not uncommon to feel guilt over house chores, which prompts us not to take breaks, work over time and catch up - as we are used to 8 hours of work, rather than getting the work done - also I think there is not enough focus on neurodivergence and accessibility - and helping people to identify if they struggle more with ie. being on the camera and listening to the content at the same time, it should be encouraged here people should seek reasonable adjustments and perhaps switch off camera, or record meetings if this helps them work efficiently etc. happy to be contacted for more feedback.

Very Informative

Some of the video's were a little bit long, and therefore extended the time of the training.

Basic, lots of common sense, repetition

Quite labouring of the point I felt! Really lost interest on this one. Sorry

4/5
Comprehensive course and well structured

Covered all aspects of health and safety with a focus (as required) on working from home. Good mixture of short videos and questions. Only improvement suggestion is to include more Q&A as you progress through the course and some detailed scenarios.

Can't see the point in this one

I very rarely work from home. Once in a blue moon for a couple of hours (maybe), although I have a designated office space at home, it really does not relate to me. Also, most of the stuff is common sense. Don't feel the need for this tutorial.

Good summary but repeats other courses.

I thought this was a comprehensive summary but long and repeats a lot of other mandatory courses eg. Slips & Trips, Heavy Lifting, DSE, etc.
