Very informative and covers good content
This s a straightforward course to complete and the presenter speaks clearly in a relaxed but authoritative voice. Greater variety by way of more use of graphics / video clips would make it more interesting to follow. It is well broken up into short sections and covers a lot without being too complicated.
Very concise and easy to follow
Covers all the points and is easy to follow. As Administrator I have not had any negative feed back from our volunteers.
Pace, content, simplicity and clever delivery of an online product makes this a very well balanced and sufficiently challenging module
