All the points were clear and well made. There should be more quick quizzes and something should be done to make it more exciting. Eg give a surprise noise and picture, show more real situations, have a number of different speakers. Put in a trick question. Put in a bit of humour.

Programme informative but far too long to complete in office hours. Recommended time of 40 minutes should really be 3 hours.

Ok. It needs to be made more interesting to keep people concerntrating.

Most answers obvious without the training

Claerly communicated but at a very slow pace which made it quite tedious and difficult to keep concentration.

Too many small video clips. Would be good if they are merged into 3-4 clips.

It was a bit long winded but gave me all the info I needed to take the test.

Good prsentation, but the content is is just the same old stuff that we have been through so many times before that it really is getting to be an imposition to have to do it.

It was easy to do but, in all honesty, I only did it because we had to.

Everyone needs this knowledge to be safe but I felt it was too long. The same information could have been given in a much reduced timescale and still made the impact and given the same information.
