Some parts were common sense and did not require as long a course.
I don’t see what benefit a75 year old is going to gain by doing these coarses every two years. It’s a waste of my time and anybody else my age.

Easy to follow and simply explained. Good course.
I learned a whole lot about keeping safe in the work place and how to deal with/manage external factors such as fire, posture, hazardous chemicals, etc.
A good reminder of H&S points. Course not too long nor too difficult and use of diagrams, film clips etc helpful. Test at end does challenge how much you have taken in which is a further good point.
