Very long and lengthy , lots of information and most of it already known, lots of refresher revision after 25 years of similar updates, be good to have a shorter update one thereafter as see that it is yearly? essential knowledge however and possibly is unable to be bullet pointed to slim the process down? . but yes keeps work place and people safe and everyone responsibility to ensure safety of self and others.
