The Course was very informative about Health and Safety and explained each step very clearly and made it easy to understand while getting the information across.

Good bare bones summary of what several other courses cover. Would probably make a good first stop H&S course to make sure people are covered, then can go into more detail in other courses if required for their area. In discussion with others, it does miss some content covered on other courses, but generally this is the more specific and targeted content. E.g. tuck and roll content in fire safety.

The course was easy to follow I like that its lots of short videos making it feel a lot less overwhelming to complete. I like the summery at the end of each video to as this helps if your making notes.
