This was a comprehensive and well delivered course. It was a good idea to have different presenters as this makes the course more interesting and inclusive. Good use of images and graphics. I would recommend this course to other people to do. It is user friendly and easy to navigate.

These are great to give you a gentle reminder for your own benefits. Thought would be boring but actually really enjoyed them.
Teaching and learning about how to take care more about your health and give advice to others is very helpful. We need to be mindful of how to take control of ourselves .
