I found I was very anxious when I failed the questionaire by getting 2 wrong even though I knew the correct answers , I happened to press the wrong key twice. I notice the next attempt had the questions and answers in a different order so I couldn't rush through it, I took my time the 2'nd time round and got them all right....I had to focus so much , not easy in the middle of a busy work day. It's a great since of achievement to get through it as I really know them all now. a brilliant system with no short-cuts
