There was a question asking about a mandatory sign saying I had to use the thumbnail to see them, I had no idea what it meant abs neither did family members. It should be shown as photos so I can just click strident on the answer and not struggle to find the photos abs end up guessing and getting it wrong. Very poorly done

Common sense most of it.... dragged on for to long became bored before the end... pretty tedious

There were to many video which broke the concentration. It would have been better to have longer videos in each section so less in total.

Not letting me do the tests. Each time I have to e mail your help line for the tests.

47 sections of less than 1min. Spent more time clicking next, than learning anything.Also graphic images of work related injury. Should have come with a warning, or be behind "click to view" sections.

Done alot in courses before alot the same

The "contents tab" shows the course is 38 minutes long, I think that may be the complete timing of each section, which at 47 is long. Many of the topics have been covered in previous courses. Answers in several sections could be one or more depending on the way they are written, needs to be reviewed.

Course was easy to use but some slides were that brief it become frustrating having to click to the next one, there was always a pause for download which made the course rather more than the 30 minutes stated.
