Too much ambiguity, still unsure what applies and doesn’t apply to our business, ie personal data covers literally all business communication, emails/letters/invoices etc., doesn’t explain if we need to delete all this communication because they contain names / addresses etc.

Could be interactive - have questions embedded in videos rather than at the end.

I found the multi choice questions very ambiguous.

I would have preferred a podcast to listen in the background. Having to stop and start each section was so annoying!

For anyone who has had GDPR training before, this course is unnecessarily repetitive and time-consuming, forcing the user to watch through a large number of videos offering a verbiose presentation of the essential facts.

Its really good ,because I know how important is GDPR Essentials Training is.

The data protection officer is a man, the data subject is a man (his data is in a man's briefcase). The person working in the office doing admin, filing, shredding is a woman - and she has a male boss. All of them are white. Very disappointing indeed.
