I have completed 2 other courses with you which I passed first time with relative ease, but found this course extremely difficult and I felt had some conflicting answers. I also felt that some questions had not been covered in the course such as special requirements. It took me approximately 10 to 12 times to finally complete this course and when I got an answer wro g in the very first few questions but had to complete the course knowing I had failed seemed a waste of time and effort.

we thought because we purchased this training through early years that it would be tailored to Early Years settings

for most LA staff to much information as only basics required in reality

I didn't like the video presentation, and would have preferred more written text ,and felt not much of the course was tailored to my needs or relevant for my job.

very basic, and repetitive. Common sense is required to answer questions.

I can read faster than you can talk.So just put the complete transcript in one place and I can not waste time needlessly clicking on a webpage.I scored 20/20 so I don't think I missed anything by not including sound.
