This course answers a training need. It is very generic. Some of the advice seems common-sensical and so a few of the questions are very easy but one or two are tricky and so you do need to trawl through a lot of repetitive-sounding videos and listen out for the less obvious details.

this software was easy to use it provided a transcript plus an auditory narrative, it was kinesthetic and so enabled me to get the required 80%.
