This was an interesting course - I liked the connected visuals which were a fun way to help you remember.
Very professional video
The course was easy to use and explained key points in an easy to understand manner. Perhaps more questions along the way would have helped to reinforce the learning points.
In places, the answers offered were ambiguous, with terminology too similar to distinguish. Overall, I believe the training video and test was excellent, concise, well delivered and edited in a way that made it possible to complete within a busy office. Bite sized sections. 4.5 stars was not an option.
Undertaking the GDPR course, it was very helpful to have clear sections and someone else each section is a precise and simple way.
Well-provided. the speaker was very clear. Text could be highlighted with salient points though. it could be more tailored to school use but the principles are the same.
