Video is very drawn out and repeatedly covers the same points and issues. The video would be a lot shorter and easier to take in if it was streamlined. The information is spread out and revisited in different sections. Expressing all relevant information at once and in order would be beneficial.
Helped develop my practice
The course was good but felt there was a wealth of information in sections. when doing the test it was hard to relate to area of professionalism as it was overall aimed at many working areas not specifically social care but still very good to know
