Very informative and clearly presented. On a personal note I am sure the Rights of an individual may come in useful at some time!

This course opened my views on personal data handling and processing. Sometimes you think you know and applying well all the rules, but at one point a course like this helps you pick all the details which are essential and mostly easily forgotten. Keep it up....

It is a good course that create awareness and makes people understand their rights of the use of their personal data, how the personal data can be protected and the procedures to follow when you want to use someone's personal data.

What would normally be a boring topic made actually interesting. Explanations easy to follow, key points come well across. It made me realise how important GDPR actually is. Good course.

This course I thought that I would not understand at first, but it came surprisingly quick to me, once I had got into the course. I thought that the explanation was very clear and was very relevant to what is happening today. I was impressed by the way that it was narrated and showed that confidentiality is so important, especially in our computerised world, where people are very careless with their personal information.

A great and useful way to learn the the facts. I wonder if there is a way for in to be more intereactive? Hence 4 stars

Well guidance on the best way to do the Records Management not only for the office purposes as well as for private matters. Good Records Management training that help to control the creation of the records, their retentions normal period and the disposed off the data when no longer needed. What the ideal method required for each and specific data to be disposed off.
