A good introduction to GDPR and the underlying principles, making sense of what the organisation and individuals do to be compliant. However, I found it rather hard to concentrate on the same voice for almost an hour so would have been even better with a second presenter.

This was quite an intensive course, with such alot of information to retain. I will always need to refer to the website to remember the information.

I insist all videos should be subtitled as I am fed up to click each video to open closed captioning. Compulsory all videos must show subtitles no matter, save my time as I spent over 2 hours

Happy with the content but when completing the test I got one question wrong so went back to that section but was then locked out of the test. It may be that I had completed it but there is no indication of how far you have got into the test. I wasted quite a bit of time trying to get back into the test only to be told that I’d passed it. Think this needs addressing.
The system took me out of the test area before I could complete the final questions? It now won't allow me to take the test again?
