I found this training very good easy to use.

The slides were informative.

The main content is clearly explained and laid out. The tests are over simplistic, considering it's aimed at Managers.

I found that the 'flow' of the course did not follow the seven principles of GDPR as well as it could of done. I found certain subject matters in the middle of each of the several topics. For example, within 'Lawful, fairness and transparency' I found 'children's data' and 'processing sensitive data' thrown in there. Another example, 'Data subjects have right to request access' with in 'Accuracy' section, then 'subject access request' within 'storage limitations' section- I thought this may be better combined. Another example, the video started talking about 'security' which was not specifically listed in the 7 principles, but then became part of 'Integrity and confidentiality', which is listed. I know it sounds picky, but as someone to who GDPR is totally new, I found it confusing at times to follow the flow, especially as I like to make notes and made these points stand out to me. On the other hand, I did find the course informative and....I passed the test 😊. Kind regards.

Clear, concise, expained all the essential points and gave advice on the basic steps to take. Training level possibly too basic and could be more geared to a senior audience i.e. a less dumbed down script with more focus on the legal references. More detail on specific steps would also be helpful e.g how to prepare a GDPR policy and the essential points to include, how to prepare an impact assessment, how to prepare a data request report etc.. These are obviously of key concern. From my perspective, a focus on the Swiss implications would also be useful.

I expected a little more from this course seeing as it was aimed at management. I will be interested to see what the difference is between this and the standard GDPR course.

The course provided a good overview of GDPR and was presented in a clear, concise and information manner. It would have been nice if the course was more interactive / user led but this didn't detract from the over all objective.

for a dyslexic person its not the best format there is to much going on in the slide clips to many words jumping out when trying to listen to the person on the video I also found it to throw to much information at you with the distractions from clips for me it would work better with the person talking on screen & bullet points coming up at end of each section

This course provided an excellent explanation of my duties when the new GDPR regulations roll out; on 25th May 2018.
