I have done courses on this before, and this was clear, easy to follow, and with the useful option of easily checking out some extra information. For me it was a very good refresher.
I enjoyed carrying out this training as it is important I understand GDPR and the way in which it was delivered was easy to understand - short to the point videos, a written summary of what had been said, using real-life examples and a few questions during the training before the multi-choice test at the end.
Struggled to grasp this and failed test first time around but passed the second time.
Professionally presented, easy to follow and great graphics.

Informative with clear and concise information - great additional information from ICO with excellent examples of real incidents to clarify sections.
This course keeps refreshed on GDPR which is extremely important when handling personal data.
