I did learn some things

Fair. Liked examples and liked having transcript available. A small negative: a local council doesn't deal with transport items, as in the bus example. This would be at county council level. Just slightly grating to a district or borough council worker.

A link to the page was 'not found' on the ICO website.

Complex subject which is hard to digest - one very long audio only recording is not indicative to retaining information. If visuals are not possible, perhaps break down the full content into smaller chunks of grouped information as separate recordings?

I much prefer it when key points are highlighted on screen along with the audio. The transcript was helpful, though, and all courses should have those.
