The course was a good reminder of the responsibilities associated with being a Fire Warden.
our staff might find some of the "responsibilities" mentioned daunting as they haven't done anything like this to my knowledge. We don't currently do a role call on evacuation due to the number of staff involved. Each area Fire Warden confirms his/her area clear and this is relayed to a central fire warden to tick off, any unclear areas are identified to the lead person to check. is this ok? how would we communicate this difference to our teams taking the course. thanks
