The only thing I found that could be beneficial is a pause button, rather than waiting for the end of each clip, I had to complete this within my work day and it was difficult to keep up with and I had to keep repeating certain parts because I had to do something else. Other than that its a great programme.

As a manager it was good to see that staff cannot skip sections. I like the test question at the end of each section and the actual final test is of a good standard. Very useful learning tool
