Very good. I am delighted with the Fire Warden training package. Thank you.

All was fine except that when I returned to complete the trainign after a week (or possibly 2) the programme had forgotten that I ahd already completed elements of the training

A good overview of what sort of things to look out for to prevent fires and what to do if a fire occurs.

A good way to do a refresher course and not have to take a day out of work, informative and keeps you alert with the tests at the end of each session

A good all round learning tool, very beneficial

Good introduction, broken down into sections with a question at the end of each section so it was easy to break off and return to it if necessary.. Just about the right depth with enough information to enable further reading. Nice mix of written information and videao clips to maintain interest.

Difficult to access: twice had to contact H+S dept to seek further advice A lot of the information was duplicated over the two programmes; however, some important information was found in the second programme after I had completed the first and had been tested on it. Perhaps trainers should have assess how the programme is laid out to ensure that training time is not wasted.

Good interactive programme which is educational and essential for my working environment.

Well laid out training package; informative with good use of video content. Information will help me in my new role as a fire warden (office environment). I could not seem to pause or rewind video clips; this would have helped alot when taking notes (had to watch from start every time). It would have been helpful if each chapter/section had a printable summary so that one can have pointers to read on certain subjects after seeing the DVD.
