It was an excellent programme. I will now put the information to good use within my establishment ensuring procedures are followed.
It was informative and I learned quite a lot. I will now review my practice with a view to conforming to standards.
This has been very useful and has raised awareness fo things which we take for granted but need to keep at the front of our minds
A really good mixture of videos, spoken words, written words, and other visual stumulous. This made it easy to learn and remember key points.
A lot of good information given, nice layout and easy to navigate. However, a couple of the final test questions did not seem relevant. For example, 'how many businesses fail to open after a fire?'. Knowing the answer to this question would not help in the event of an actual fire. I also spotted one spelling mistake.
The training CD is a user friendly tool. The information is delivered in a concise and clear manner which is easy to comprehend - evidence the fact I scored 19/20 at first attempt on the test!
Generally fine good level of detail regards nature of fire and spread and fire extinguishers
Fully explained the different types of fires and the risks involved. Was very clear regarding what extinguisher to use and detailing proper procedures.
i felt that the information provided by the fire warden training was very down to earth and easy to understand, and i felt that the videos helped to explan the material well.
Easy to use & informative. Relaxed approach, go at your own speed or when time allows in your schedule. You can come back to it at any time instead of trying to rush through it all at once. Better than taking a day out for training
