The information given on the DVD was just right enough of information for you answer the question correctly.

The format was very good abnd easy to follow. You are able to go at your own pace and repeat sections or individual parts if needed.The only drawback was that i was not connected to a printer when going through the training, so had to switch to a different computer. An ideal solution would be a send to e-mail in addition to printing out the certificate.

Good training which covered everything you need to know. Could be quicker to read through and I would have preferred fewer videos so that the sound does not have to be on my computer (which can be a distraction to others in the office).

Training was well presented, with good use of visual aids to assist with learning. Made me consider how informed I am in my workplace with regards to fire safety and my duties. Explaining the different fire extinguishers and their uses will be particularly useful. The only negatives I would say are that it felt maybe a bit too long, and the video clips of people talking dragged on a bit. Other than that, thumbs up.

Some parts seem to repeat from the Fire Awareness section but overall this was useful to go over again

Programme was very easy to follow, broken down into clear and easy to understand sections.A well presented programme.

I would have preferred the format to be split down into the different sections to allow greater flexibility of working through. This would then allow for the option of certain modules to be repeated more regularly in shorter sittings.

Very easy to understand and use the programme. Training information was interesting and precise with the test at the end covering all the modules without being long winded.

I enjoyed this training where you can dip in and out as times suit you that way you can organise time and concentrate on the training. having the different styles of delivery helped as well.

Good coverage of the subject, I particularly liked the videos included within the learning material. The test question at the end of each section & at the end a good way of showing understanding. Easy to navigate. Only downside - very slow at loading each of the sections
